To participate in the 2018 HSP, members will need to complete and submit a 2018 HSP Member Registration Agreement (Registration Agreement) located on the Resources tab of the HSP website.
An email will be sent to all current authorized users listed on the AHP/HSP Authorization Form when the Registration Agreement is available.
Only one Registration Agreement is required per member institution to participate. Please do not send multiple agreements. Submit the completed Agreement to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registered members may begin reserving funds on March 5, 2018 or after FHLBank receives and accepts an executed Registration Agreement. Members that participated in the 2017 HSP DO NOT need to complete a new AHP/HSP Authorization Form. If a member wishes to add new authorized users to HSP Online, add the user via the AHP/HSP Supplemental Authorization Form (located on the Resources tab). To remove authorized user's access to HSP Online, email email@example.com.
