Request for Repayment Quote

To request a repayment quote, release of retention agreement or a subordination complete the request for repayment quote form.

DO:

  • Allow 10 business days for processing following Federal Housing Finance Agency repayment calculation methodology;
  • Acknowledge that requests are processed in the order they are received;
  • Email HousingPayoffRelease@fhlbtopeka.com with questions (this inbox is monitored by HCD);
  • Follow instructions on the Repayment form for required documentation;
  • Use ProofPoint if submitting documents that include Personally Identifiable information (PII);
  • Watch for an acknowledgment email after successfully submitting your request.

DO NOT: 

  • Submit documents with Personally Identifiable Information (PII): social security or account numbers or copies of a driver’s license;
  • Contact other departments or individuals at FHLBank to avoid delays in processing;
  • Use other secured email applications. FHLBank’s firewall recognizes ProofPoint;
  • Email documents to individuals at FHLBank, use only HousingPayoffRelease@fhlbtopeka.com;
  • Submit the request more than once.

Proofpoint

Securely transfer documentation with Proofpoint.

FHLBank is now utilizing Proofpoint to ensure the secure electronic transfer of personally identifiable information (PII) to FHLBank. Sign up for a Proofpoint account to begin transferring.

You must sign up for an account before transferring documents.

You may utilize the Proofpoint button below to register for a Proofpoint account. Once you have registered, the Proofpoint button below can be used to access Proofpoint to securely transfer all CDP documents.
