Member Information for 2017
In 2017, FHLBank Topeka’s Housing and Community Development (HCD) department will implement its new online system for the Affordable Housing Program, AHP Online. In order to participate in the program, members will first need to complete an AHP/HSP Authorization Form. Please see AHP\HSP Authorization Form Instructions to avoid delays in the 2017 AHP process.

The AHP online system will house all information submitted for HCD programs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS has obtained national and global assurance certifications. View all certifications here. 2017 Affordable Housing Program Information
The 2017 AHP application process will open May 15, 2017. All AHP applications must be submitted by 12 a.m., July 1, 2017. For questions about current applications or projects, please contact a representative from our HCD department. Watch for more info coming soon.
