In recognition of the National Day of Mourning in honor of the 39th President of the United States, Jimmy Carter, FHLBank Topeka will be limited to 90 days or less after noon. The Lending Desk is recommending notification of all term prepayment requests by 10 a.m. on the days when advances are limited.
