Holiday Guidelines for Advances
In observance of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, FHLBank Topeka will be closed Monday Dec. 26 and Monday, Jan. 2. Advances will be limited to 90 days or less after noon on Friday, Dec. 23 and Friday, Dec. 30. The Lending Desk is recommending notification of all term prepayment requests by 10 a.m. on the days when advances are limited.

Holiday Guidelines for the MPF^® Program
In observance of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, the MPF Program will not accept Delivery Commitments or Fundings on Monday, Dec. 26, 2022 and Monday, Jan. 2, 2023.  Additionally, due to the SIFMA Bond Market’s scheduled early closing on the business day prior to the observance of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, Delivery Commitments and Loan Fundings will not be accepted by the MPF Program after 1 p.m. CT on Friday, Dec. 23, 2022 and Friday, Dec. 30, 2022.  The MPF Service Center will remain open on Dec.23, 2022, and Dec. 30, 2022, to take calls and answer questions until 3 p.m. CT.
